Introducing FLOKI!!
If you’ve been to our clinic you have probably noticed the giant window behind reception, the window belongs to the handsome fellow below named Floki!
Floki is a Green Iguana who belongs to Dr.Fielding, while designing the clinic she made sure this giant lizard had a super awesome custom room to hang out in and watch over the clinic. He’s the best bodyguard we could ask for, and often can be found ‘bobbing’ at staff and clients through the glass which is typically a sign of dominance (and a healthy iguana).
Floki (and all iguanas) is primarily a herbivore, and lives on leafy greens, fruits and vegetables. Floki LOVES blueberries and will pick the blueberries out of his salad before eating the rest of his meal. He also loves snacking on collard greens, dandelion greens, peppers and carrots!
Fun Fact: In South and Central America, the Green iguana is colloquially known as "gallina de palo" which means "bamboo chicken" or "chicken of the trees"!
